How form submissions are stored

Our website forms are configured to be processed by our website host, Netlify. Please contact us if you have questions about the handling of information you submit.

Testimonials and feedback

When you use our Share your experience form we collect your name, email address, whether you are a student or business client, your programme or service, your written feedback, an optional rating and your publication choices. Submissions are private and are reviewed by our team. We publish a testimonial only if you have given permission, and only your approved name, programme or service, testimonial and optional rating. A photo is shown only if you separately agree and then send us one. Your email address is never published. If we suggest edits, we ask you to approve them first. You can ask us to update or remove your testimonial at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without optional cookies. If we enable analytics or advertising measurement (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel), they load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Programme enrolment and payment take place on separate pages and payment providers, which have their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
